Michael Kothakota
Michael is the CEO of WolfBridge Financial, the parent company of WolfBridge Divorce Solutions. Michael served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a soldier in B Co, 1/120th Infantry out of North Carolina. He has written extensively on the financial issues of divorce and has testified as an expert witness in Family Court in North Carolina. Michael has been featured on radio and other media as an expert discussing issues dealing with divorcing couples. In addition to his traditional financial education, he holds a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation, Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) designation, is a Financial Mediator and a member of the AFCPE.

Jessica Wery
Jessica is the President of WolfBridge Financial and is responsible for strategic planning and growth. She is involved in operations, marketing and creating outreach policy for the firm. She is an adjunct lecturer at North Carolina State University and holds a Master’s in Special Education from that educational institution. Jessica is an expert in individual educational development and behavior modification, and has adapted her skills to developing curricula to aid WolfBridge Financial clients in their financial plans.

Kristen Steffen
Kristen is a Divorce Financial Planning Specialist at Wolfbridge. She has been a CPA for 12 years and is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. She received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her Master of Science in Accountancy from UNC-Wilmington. In addition to divorce financial planning, Kristen handles small business accounting, controllership, tax preparation and QuickBooks training. She is a member of the AICPA, NCACPA, IACP, NCAPFM, NCACDP and is a Financial Mediator. She enjoys running, spending time with her three daughters and cheering on the Tarheels!

Lynn Rosende
Lynn is the Director of Community Outreach at WolfBridge. Her responsibilities include, coordination with state and local authorities as well as, nonprofit organizations to provide financial education and counseling to underserved populations within the greater Raleigh area. She will be responsible for developing educational materials to facilitate training and organize follow up counseling to ensure practices are making a difference within our community. Lynn will also be responsible for all Office Management responsibilities here at WolfBridge to include website changes, business development, and para-planning for our Divorce Specialists.

Lynn comes to us with significant experience and career successes in the United States Army where she is a veteran of 10 years as well as in the corporate information technology industry. Lynn served her first seven years as a non-commissioned officer within the communications (signal) branch. She spent her last few years in the Army as an accredited Criminal Investigation Division (CID) Special Agent. As a CID Agent Lynn investigated major crimes against women and children. Lynn has served overseas as well as at various military installations throughout the United States. Lynn has also achieved success working for the past 10 years in the IT field and held titles of Senior Consultant, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President.
