COLLABORATIVE DIVORCE
Going through a divorce can be a terrible, heart-wrenching event. Collaborative Divorce was created to help deal with the feelings of loneliness and isolation. Unlike convential divorce, the collaborative model offers a team of highly skiled individuals who specialize in a specific area. There are three components of divorce: the legal, the emotional, and the financial. In the collaborative process, there are a few different models, but all of them have the financial expert as a neutral party. At WolfBridge Divorce Solutions, we are here to be that financial expert as you sort out the financial issues associated with divorce. Because objectivity and independence is important to us, we sign an agreement stipulation that we will not esablish an arrangement with either client to provide financial services in any other capacity.
MEDIATION
So you have decided to go to mediation, we can help. By remaining independent, we can help you and your spouse understand the ramifications of the financial decisions you will be making. We will objectively look at child support issues, division of assets, and spousal support. Our efforts will allow you to make the best decisions, based on both the long-term and short-term outcomes of the choices you make.
LITIGATION
Some cases go to litigation, or negotiated settlement. We offer comprehensive services to help you evaluate your financial situation. From budget creation and Financial Affidavit assistance, to complex calculations such as private security valuation, we can help you and your attorney recognize the situation that best fits your needs. Using a goal-based approach, we help you analyze the options available to you. We offer scenario analysis and expert witness testimony, if needed. We partner with your attorney and seek to provide the best possible outcome for you in your divorce.
